To ensure a seamless start to your salon experience, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows time to settle in and complete any necessary forms.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
